1. Purposes of processing: to review enquiries about purchasing works, commissioning artist-made repetitions and projects, and to respond to enquiries. With separate consent, to analyse visits and improve the site using Yandex Metrica.
2. Categories of data: name; contact details (email address, Telegram handle or phone number); enquiry text; IP address and technical browser data for spam protection. For analytics: cookies, technical browser and device information, views of public pages and successful enquiry submissions.
3. Legal basis: the data subject’s consent (form checkbox; the date, policy version and fact of consent are recorded). Permission for analytics is requested separately and stored in the browser. Declining does not affect the site or enquiry form.
4. Retention: enquiries are kept for one year after closure, then deleted automatically; server technical logs are kept for 14 days.
5. Location of processing: a server in the Russian Federation; no cross-border transfer; notifications to the representative contain no personal data.
6. Access: the data controller and the artist’s representative; the artist himself as owner of the site’s CMS account.
7. Data subject rights and withdrawal of consent: by email to the representative; the enquiry is deleted within 30 days.
8. Cookies and analytics: Yandex Metrica is loaded only after you select “Accept”. The service is provided by YANDEX LLC. Session replay, form recording and click maps are disabled. Names, contact details, enquiry text and enquiry numbers are not sent to the tag. Query parameters and fragments are excluded from pageview addresses. Your choice is stored in the browser’s local storage. You can change it and stop the tag using “Analytics settings” in the footer. Existing cookies can be deleted in your browser settings.
